A smart insole, a patient app and a clinician dashboard — built end to end.
The problem
Clinical gait assessment lived inside expensive gait labs, so most patients were measured once a year at best. Everything between visits was invisible to the clinician.
What we built
A complete care platform: IMU smart insoles sampling at 100 Hz over BLE, a patient mobile app with guided clinical tests and daily exercises, a cloud pipeline that stores every data point, and a clinician dashboard with gait charts, trends and exports.
Where it is now
Live in production with patients and clinicians using it daily. AI-generated clinical narratives are shipping on top of the same data.
